Luthman Construction is a family-owned, full-service professional custom remodeling and home builder proudly serving Chicago’s western suburbs since 1985.

Company owner, David Luthman, grew up in Naperville. He built his construction experience by working with several different area builders and contractors throughout the years, beginning while in high school. Today, his own company, Luthman Construction, offers expertise and professionalism throughout all phases of remodeling and home building. Dave personally works on many of his clients’ projects while running the day-to-day aspects of the business. Additionally, he has surrounded himself with employees and subcontractors who are experts in their field. Most of all, Dave provides his clients with an honest and straight-forward approach to their project.

In addition to providing expertise in many construction areas, Luthman Construction provides General Contractor services as part of every job. This includes acquiring the necessary permits, scheduling the various trades throughout the project, ordering materials, and staying on schedule. We’re all about providing a complete job – from start to finish – for our clients.
